About Women Ahead
Women Ahead is a recruitment agency with a focus on women in male-dominated industries, organizations, and work environments. We challenge the traditional recruitment industry and proudly say: yes, there are women out there! It may take a bit more time, but true gender equality requires long-term commitment.
We help companies create balance and adopt a modern mindset around gender equality and diversity. So far, we’ve placed over 950 women with companies that understand the business value of equality. We were founded on March 8th, 2017 (on International Women’s Day – of course), and we have offices in Stockholm, Sundsvall, and Gothenburg, while recruiting across Sweden.

About the role
As our Recruitment Consultant in Norway, you’ll be leading the charge. You’ll be responsible for building up our Norwegian presence, starting in Oslo, with full support and backing from our team in Sweden.
You will work closely with us to establish Women Ahead in the Norwegian market and become the go-to recruitment partner for companies that want to drive real change through equality and inclusion. This role requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset – you’ll need to take initiative, build relationships, and grow the business from the ground up.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and onboarding new clients and recruitment assignments
- Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish
- Writing job ads, conducting targeted search, interviews, and candidate presentations
- Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
- Coordinating interviews and conducting reference checks
- Building long-term relationships and a strong presence in the Norwegian market
You’ll be supported every step of the way by our experienced team in Sweden, who will provide tools, structure, and guidance as you grow the brand locally.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with solid experience in B2B sales or recruitment, and preferably an existing network of clients and candidates in Norway.
You are a driven self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine passion for people, equality, and business.
You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, pitch our mission, and create opportunities from scratch. You’re socially confident, solution-oriented, and motivated by creating real impact.
Structure, professionalism, and passion are key to success in this role.
