We deliver advanced products and solutions for the mining and construction industries and serve customers across all continents. At the pricing function, our mission is to ensure the alignment and execution of our overall pricing strategy. We aim to further develop the responsibilities, capabilities, and competencies of our highly skilled function and aim for nothing but world-class in all our operations. About your job In this position you work operationally, focusing on a specific sales area and product line. You’re responsible for coordinating, supporting, and managing product- and market pricing within your area of responsibility. Your responsibilities cover areas such net price change, discount management, annual price revision, pricing IT development, profitability analysis, and currency follow-ups and implementations. Working in close collaboration with our key stakeholders, you’re our go-to person when it comes to supporting deals and customer cases. The location for this position is Sandviken and we offer you a hybrid work solution. Some global travel is included in the job.

About you

Your personal characteristics is key in this role, displaying such qualities as attention to detail, a businessoriented mindset and social confidence. By understanding the importance of seamless collaboration, you can switch between different points of view and quickly process others’ perspectives. While showing excellent communication skills, you demonstrate verbal simplicity combined with a genuine listener approach, traits helping you create trustful networks and manage stakeholders effectively. You have experience from leading projects and as a real problem solver, you enjoy developing processes – constantly searching for more efficient solutions, to encourage us to think outside the box! As for your hard skills, we believe you have a background from a similar role, probably as a business controller or business developer. You have a university degree – preferably within Finance or Engineering. Acting in a global setting calls for fluency in English, both verbal and written.
