About the role

As our project manager, you will be responsible for larger and smaller implementation projects of Packfront products. There are OSS and BSS software systems (BECS and BBE). You will also follow up Packetfront’s daily delivery of services to our existing customers, it’s a varied and exciting job, and no day is like the other.

You will need to create and implement the project processes for Packetfront based on “best practices” so that we can continue to deliver the best possible projects to our customers. The job is fun, stimulating and offers great variety in a company that is in strong growth. Our customers are international, large, and medium-sized network providers.

Your preferred background

You have experience in project management with many stakeholders.

You are structured, curious, and motivated by understanding and solving the customer’s challenges as well as securing Packetfront’s interest.

You inspire confidence and a willingness to share your expertise with both customers and colleagues. You work closely together with the customer and can drive projects forward but at the same time be responsive to the customer’s needs and expectations during the process of the project.

●      Experience in software implementation

●      You are driven by working in a company in growth with a great focus on customer relations.

●      Certifications in project management is preferred.

●      You are fluent in spoken and written English.

About PacketFront

PacketFront Software brings OSS and BSS applications to the broadband-, and fiber markets. We are making operators more competitive with our solutions for end-to-end automation of network operations and service fulfilment.

PacketFront Software develops, markets and sells its unique software systems BECS™ and BBE to broadband and data network operators. BECS delivers automated multi-vendor network and service management and has done so since 2001.

Several of the staff were part of the original build-up of the world’s first and largest FTTH network (fiber to the home) at the turn of the century. Both platforms are well proven products and used by more than 50 network operators around the world, covering a wide range of business models and network environments.

The company became independent in 2011 as a pure Software focused company, after a separation from the earlier PacketFront Group. It now has around 50 employees, about half of them based in Stockholm and the other half in Warsaw, Shanghai, and the UK.

PacketFront Software has ambitious growth plans with an important part of the strategy being to enter new markets in primarily Europe. Packetfront is since May 2022 part of the TalkTalk Ltd group.
